MBDance artistic director, Maria Bauman, will lead participants through a partnered passive stretch and relaxation practice. This workshop is a wonderful way to reset, recharge, and release tension through the winter months.
You do not need to register with a partner; we will pair off at the workshop. Of course, people who do register together are welcome to be partners in the workshop!
